Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Location: St. Albans

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our corporate tax team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, preparing income tax computations and personal tax returns, and handling P11D's, CIS, PSA's, and ERS returns.

About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax compliance services and ensuring timely submissions of tax returns.
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, managing the compliance process and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in training junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the team's continued growth and development.

Requirements

  • CTA or ACA qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in tax practice, with a strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
