Job Description
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team of three experienced IT professionals. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and support Windows Server environments and associated networks, including backup systems. You will also provide contract and ad-hoc support through telephone, remote, and onsite methods.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop processes and documentation, handle new client requests, and manage contract renewals
• Continuously enhance our remote management and monitoring suite, focusing on client security and helpdesk integration

Requirements
• Recent Microsoft or industry certifications, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Familiarity with routers and firewalls (Cisco, Draytek, Ubiquiti)

Estimated Salary: £30,500 - £37,000 per annum
