We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Essential Employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control financial resources, assessing financial implications of actions and monitoring variances.
- Identify remedial actions as a result of variances and implement effective solutions.
- Work within a multi-disciplined professional design organisation, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Chartered member of RICS with significant post-qualification experience.
- Graduate-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to assess financial implications and make informed decisions.
Working Arrangements:
