Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for psychology graduates looking to start their career in educational psychology. You will work closely with students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Global Learning Delays, and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised learning plans for students, tailored to their unique needs and abilities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices for supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring a collaborative and student-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and interventions, aligned with the needs of students with special educational needs.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field, with a strong understanding of educational psychology principles and practices.
