Amour Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a rapidly expanding Winery in Farnham, seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor.

This exciting opportunity requires someone who must have their own transport due to the business's rural location.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations and be responsible for updating and streamlining VinTrace Software, as well as training winery team members on its use.

A key aspect of this role will involve regular stock keeping of wine, dry goods, and Enartis products, as well as raising duty payments and generating reports through the internal system and HMRC portal.

Administrative tasks such as receiving phone calls, email communication, and data inputting will also be part of the responsibilities.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency and use their own initiative. A results-driven team player with two years' experience in operations or administration is essential, along with planning software knowledge and working knowledge of HMRC duty documentation and requirements.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per year, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30. This is a full-time permanent position that offers stability and opportunities for growth.
