About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Bridgend. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards within the business.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to conduct risk assessments, implement safety procedures, and promote a culture of safety and quality across operations working closely with engineers and other departments.

Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits package.
