Belcan is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide HSE documentation and guidance to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Conduct onsite investigations to identify root causes, preventative, and corrective actions.
  • Provide support and guidance to personnel involved in Construction or Design and management roles to ensure compliance with CDM 2015.
  • Identify and halt operational processes where unsafe working practices are being used.
  • Mentor and promote the proactive use of safety tools, such as PASTA, peer audits, and safe cards.
  • Prepare required contractual HSE documentation and provide support to those in CDM specific roles.
