Job Role:

The role of Civil Enforcement Officer involves working across Liverpool's highway network to ensure that highway users comply with parking and traffic regulations.

Civil Enforcement Officers identify and take appropriate action against those who do not comply, therefore playing a key role in keeping the highway operating safely and effectively.

The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, manual handling and patrolling on foot for extended periods.

We are looking for candidates who have high standards of customer care and can remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.

A good standard of education, awareness of relevant legislation and excellent attention to detail are also required.

Salary £28,770 - £33,024 PA

Hours 35 Hours Per Week

The role also involves working shifts and you will receive shift allowance and weekend enhancements as determined by your rota.

We work various shifts from 6:00am-2:00pm, 10:30am-6:30pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm and 10:00pm-6:00am.
