We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Irlam Associates. As a key member of our cargo operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of freight and cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading Operations: Load and off-load freight from and onto vehicles with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all cargo is properly secured and accounted for.
  • Storage and Retrieval: Place and retrieve freight in and from designated storage areas, maintaining a high level of organization and accessibility to ensure seamless operations.
  • Cargo Build and Documentation: Build cargo onto aircraft units according to airline specifications, prioritizing safety and adherence to guidelines. Accurately complete documentation to record details and movement of freight, mail, and equipment, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Compliance and Security: Conduct necessary checks on imports and exports to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements, including security and regulatory protocols.
Shift Schedule:

We offer a variety of shift schedules to accommodate your needs, including 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, and 4 on 2 off 8 hour shifts.
