You will work closely with families and partners to deliver timely and intensive intervention to those in need of support. To excel in this position, you must possess a professional Social Worker qualification and registration with Social Work England, as well as sound knowledge of current national and regional social work policies and practices. A strong understanding of relevant childcare legislation, including 'Working Together to Safeguard Children,' is also essential. With a salary of up to £45,441 per year, this opportunity offers competitive remuneration and benefits, including a local government pension with a 6.8% employer contribution, 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 5 years of service, flexible working in modern refurbished offices, and training and coaching through the Children's Social Care Academy.
