We are seeking a Clinical Support Staff Member to join our team at the Ivy Medical Group. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clinicians and patients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested
  • Manage all enquires in an effective manner
  • Maintain an accurate referrals database
  • Action all incoming email and process calling letters as requested
  • Scan patient-related documentation and attach scanned documents to patient healthcare records
  • Input data into patient healthcare records as necessary
  • Process requests for information, SARs, insurance/solicitors letters, and DVLA forms
  • Clinically code data on SystmOne
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, or deal with caller's requests appropriately
  • Manage all administrative queries and carry out system searches as requested

  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting as a medical secretary

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus benefits.
