Resident Liaison Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. in the Haringey area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large Housing Contractor, providing information, advice, and assistance to tenants and leaseholders during major works.

The successful candidate will have a high level of computer literacy in MS Office, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate temporary or permanent re-housing of residents when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage resident consultation plans for individual projects.
  • Liaise with contractors to set standards for engaging with residents.
  • Provide information and assistance to leaseholders regarding their obligations to contribute to the cost of major works.
  • Advise Project Managers on the likely effects of capital works on residents.

Requirements:

  • Proven RLO experience.
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office.
  • People management skills.
  • Competent, clear, and concise writing skills.
