About the Role

We are seeking an Activity Coordinator to join our team at Colten Care. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and events that promote the well-being and engagement of our residents.

Salary: £12-£14 per hour

Based at Whitecliffe House in Blandford, Dorset, this role offers 27 hours per week with a 2-week rolling rota that includes alternate weekends. You will work closely with our care staff to ensure that all activities are safe, enjoyable, and tailored to the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • To plan and coordinate a variety of activities and events that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents
  • To work collaboratively with our care staff to deliver activities that meet the needs of each individual resident
  • To maintain accurate records of activities and participant feedback
