Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing.
    • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Content Development
    • Contribute to the creation of campaign content, including advertisements, emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
    • Work closely with creative teams, designers, and content creators to ensure campaign assets are compelling and aligned with the campaign strategy.
  • Campaign Tracking
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management
    • Help manage campaign budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
  • Marketing Collateral
    • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral for campaigns, such as brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work closely with creative teams, designers, and content creators to ensure campaign assets are compelling and aligned with the campaign strategy.
  • Relationship Management
    • Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies involved in campaign execution, such as advertising agencies or event planners.

Requirements

  • A recognized qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing or campaign execution, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating both live and in-person marketing events.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data and KPIs.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
