Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Support Worker to join their team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality social work services to children and families in need of support.

About the Role:

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to children and families, connected persons or carers, supporting them to achieve positive change and improved outcomes
  • Undertake complex assessments, ensuring the safety of children and vulnerable adults while observing safeguarding policies/procedures
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to service delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery
  • Provide supervision and guidance to colleagues to support their professional development
