Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to visual guidelines.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to read and operate a computer, including point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
