We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Advisor and Information Coordinator to join our team.

  • Working closely with various organisations from charity, third sector and government sectors to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, be able to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity, as well as being proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a telephone and multi-channel support service to our service users, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data quality and integrity.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
