About the Role

Captiva Learning is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in a part-time capacity, working 2 days a week in our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our brands and ad hoc marketing duties for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brands and services
  • Create engaging content for social media channels and websites
  • Support sales teams with email marketing campaigns and lead generation
  • Assist with graphic creation, business document creation, and website updates
  • Manage marketing administration tasks, including sending invoices and updating expenditure workbooks
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and principles
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Experience driving social media, website, and email communications, generating new leads, and supporting retention
  • Fluent in English with exceptional spelling and grammar, as well as IT literacy
  • A genuine interest in the marketing landscape and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
