Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing and care services, and we're currently seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our team.

About the role:

  • Provide support to individuals who have faced homelessness, helping them to maximize their potential and independence.
  • Work closely with staff and customers to deliver a high-quality, intensive support service.
  • Manage a team of support workers, ensuring the smooth running of the service and promoting it effectively to others.
  • Oversee and monitor the quality of risk tools, assessments, and personalized support plans.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure positive outcomes, with a focus on maintaining tenancies and move-on objectives.
  • Promote safe working practices by undertaking risk assessments to support, reduce or eliminate risks.
  • Complete and monitor health and safety checks within the service.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards.
  • Proven experience of working with a similar customer group is essential.
  • Previous housing-related support is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of housing management, including rents, tenancies, and health and safety.
  • Good understanding of occupancy agreements.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and react effectively under pressure.
