Family Solicitor Opportunity in Glasgow

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Solicitor to join our team in Glasgow. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangement orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangement orders.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and provide robust legal advocacy.
  • Offer sensitive and pragmatic legal advice to individuals on a variety of family law issues.
  • Maintain high standards of client care, supporting individuals through complex and sensitive cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
  • Contribute to the supportive culture of the firm by sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
  • Strong litigation experience and confidence in representing clients in court.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a significant caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate approach to handling sensitive cases.
  • A team player who values collaboration and contributing to a supportive work environment.
