About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our client's service and installation division based in the south of Perth, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to our service, installation, sales, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the service and installation teams, including client inquiries, invoicing, accounts, and record-keeping.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships and manage customer discourse.
  • Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Manage invoice processing and raise work orders.
  • Support dispatch on an ad-hoc basis with scheduling technicians to site.
  • Assist with technician and store stock takes.
  • Commit to the highest standards of business code of conduct aligned with expectations on ethical behavior according to company values.
  • Comply with company and client HSEQ policies, ethics, and procedures.
About You
  • Experience in a fast-paced, changing service delivery environment.
  • Superb administration and customer experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritizing skills, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, giving clear direction, and persuasively negotiating with internal and external customers.
  • Experience working with an ERP system, such as Pronto, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up new digital technologies with ease.
