Outreach Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Tutor to join our team at Southern Education Recruitment Ltd. As an Outreach Tutor, you will work with students who require additional support, helping them to access education and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to deliver targeted interventions.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report back to the Head of School.
- Engage with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in working with students with SEN and SEMH.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Degree or equivalent in Education or related field (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS registration and right to work visa (if applicable).
Estimated salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum. Full-time position, 08:00 - 16:30. Own transport essential.
