We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function in our fast-growing OCU Energy business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to assess business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights to senior management.
- Drive Business Performance: Collaborate with business unit leaders and functional teams to understand key drivers of financial performance and provide decision support to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
- Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analysis, and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance Teams: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, and functional teams, to facilitate collaboration and alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Professional Accounting Qualification: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA).
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience in managing FP&A processes and teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
