Key Responsibilities- Support the restaurant team in maintaining high standards of service and cuisine
- Assist in menu planning and preparation, ensuring dishes are creative and of the highest quality
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop and implement new recipes and menu items

- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
