Working Pattern: Full Time (Hybrid schedule: Tues-Thurs in office, Monday & Friday remote)

Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing related outcomes for one or a few projects/products as a key contributor
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and provide insights for valued business recommendations
- Develop user journeys and a cohesive user lifecycle strategy in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify critical opportunities to drive user growth, engagement, and adoption of product features
- Create and execute marketing strategies in partnership with sales and marketing leadership
- Manage project priorities and allocate technical resources
- Set challenging goals and measure success logically
- Generate plans and strategies to execute projects
- Manage competing stakeholder interests and keep relevant parties informed
- Identify new opportunities and expand beyond usual areas of expertise
- Prioritise impactful ideas and make independent business decisions
- Problem-solve with multiple approaches to reach optimal solutions
- Build new processes, procedures, and features
- Influence and align resources with similar objectives
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
- Guide the integration of multiple project timelines and objectives
- Ensure all work supports and enhances the brand
Required Expertise:
- Brand management and development knowledge
- Experience in campaign management and lifecycle
- Ability to advise and manage clients/partners
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and its impact on strategy
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
- Familiarity with go-to-market activities
- Knowledge of the industry landscape and trends
- Ability to write actionable marketing briefs
- Proficient in product positioning and messaging
- Skilled in situational leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent storytelling abilities using data
