**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Econometrician to join our team at MBN Solutions. As a key member of our econometrics team, you will be responsible for delivering projects and leading on elements of econometrics projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with a team of econometricians to deliver projects and lead on elements of econometrics projects, from implementing measurement plans to creating actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders to help with the integration of findings into business decisions.
  • Work alongside and support junior econometricians, supporting their development.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in handling and analysing data with a statistical programming language or statistical software package.
  • Experience with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and successful use of econometrics in a commercial environment.
  • A passion for using statistical techniques to convert observable data into recommendations.
  • Media planning and buying experience, with the ability to use optimisation to inform media planning.
  • Ability to vision what can be achieved with different analytical techniques and what works best to solve a client's problem.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to clients without a technical background.
  • Competency in using R and/or Python programming knowledge would be an advantage.
