We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Technician to join our team at DC Personnel. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, operating powder coating equipment, and ensuring high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and masking areas that should not be coated.
Operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in the powder coating processes is required.
Ability to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with basic maths for measuring and calculating material requirements.
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and following safety guidelines.
