About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves installing bespoke high-end Multi-Service equipment at various client locations across the Southeast. As a Service/Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and installing security solutions, including alarms and access systems, while working from home based in Kent and London.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and installing security solutions, including alarms and access systems">
  • Working from home based in Kent and London, covering the Southeast region">
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the team lead">

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Intruder/CCTV/Fire alarm Engineer">
  • A full UK driving license">
  • Strong installation and maintenance skills">
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills">
