Job Title: Systems Provisioning Coordinator

Location: Prudhoe - Office Based

Salary: £22,308.00 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Provisioning Coordinator to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging network-related services, porting numbers, and organizing kit delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the provision of network services and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Managing the porting of numbers and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Organizing the delivery of equipment and ensuring it meets the required specifications.
  • Requesting engineering resources and provision, and obtaining customer sign-off.
  • Updating internal platforms, systems, and third-party portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in telecoms and order management is desirable.
  • Strong team player with excellent service skills and a focus on internal and external customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues to ensure timely resolution.
