Recruitment Process Manager

Agility Resoucing is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Process Manager to join their team. As a critical member of our HR department, you will be responsible for streamlining our recruitment processes and ensuring that we consistently attract and hire top talent.
About the RoleThis is a full-time salaried position with 37.5 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and contribute to its continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes to improve time-to-hire and reduce costs.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
- Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Proven track record of successfully improving recruitment processes and reducing costs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
