We are excited to announce a teaching position at our school, specializing in English education for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As an experienced teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
About the Position:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of KS3 and KS4 students.
- Foster a supportive learning environment by implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
- Assess student progress and provide targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to promote social and emotional well-being among students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
- Demonstrate proven experience in teaching English to students with SEMH and challenging behaviours.
- Have experience teaching English up to GCSE level.
- Show ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to create an inclusive learning environment.
