About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Director to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our Tax Division, you will be responsible for developing and leading relationships with our largest and most important clients, as well as developing the teams around them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with key clients and take responsibility for key sectors
- Take the lead on origination and manage delivery of proposals for new opportunities
- Play a key role in people development activities (coaching/mentoring) for less experienced team members
- Act as commercial leaders within the business in relation to finances and budgets

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical skills in indirect tax, as well as excellent people skills to inspire the team and communicate effectively with all clients. You will also need to build the Firm's reputation through knowledge and experience, as well as develop new business for the Division.
