As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end cost management services on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.

Using our bespoke digital cost management tools, you will optimize cost performance at every stage of projects, working collaboratively with leading design teams, sector specialists, and tier one main contractors to manage the design to budget.

Key responsibilities include:

* Taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on new and exciting major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes
* Using our Benchmarking app to analyze and test budgets using a reliable pool of national data
* Informing clients of future cost trends by harnessing the analytical capabilities of our Market Rates App
* Advising clients on procurement and contract strategies
* Delivering the procurement strategy utilizing our eTender platform

Requirements:

* Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Demonstrable experience delivering cost management services in healthcare or the life sciences sector
* Full membership or working towards RICS (MRICS), ACostE or equivalent professional qualification
* Practical knowledge of NEC forms of contract would be beneficial
