As a Building Control Specialist with Recruitment Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated statutory legislation on commercial and residential build projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience in Building Control, with a strong understanding of the Building Regulations, associated legislation, and construction standards. You will be responsible for providing building control plan checking services to various projects and developments, liaising with local authorities as required, and recording inspection details on company systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, private medical insurance, and more.
