Smile Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support and deliver lessons across Key Stage 1 in Wolverhampton. This long-term, full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' education.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a HLTA in a Key Stage 1 setting, strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, and effective teaching strategies. They will be able to lead and deliver targeted interventions, assist in planning engaging lessons, and collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience working as a HLTA in a Key Stage 1 setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • 24 months of references with at least 1 from working with children in schools in the UK
  • Valid right to work in the UK documentation
  • A valid DBS registered to the update service or willingness to obtain one
