Construction Groundworker

Beresford Contracting Ltd is a leading construction company seeking experienced Civil/Groundworker site operatives to join their workforce.

Covering projects for prominent clients such as Tarmac, Health & Safety Executive, Nestle, and Chatsworth Estates, you will be responsible for carrying out Civil Engineering and Groundworks projects in the Derbyshire, Staffordshire, and Cheshire regions.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive rate of pay (£30,000-£45,000 per annum), with weekly pay, 20 days annual leave, bank holidays, pension scheme, overtime opportunities, and access to Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme.

You will be part of a 2 or 3-man gang responsible for executing jobs to a high standard within the allocated timeframe at various locations. The role requires good experience in all aspects of Construction and Groundworks, including general excavations, drainage, kerbing, insitu concrete, steel fixing, fencing, and reinstatement tasks.

1. CSCS card holder
2. CPCS Excavator, Dumper, Roller certification
3. Confined Spaces training
4. Clean UK driving licence
5. References required
6. Street Works qualification advantageous
