Key Responsibilities- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to promote engagement, independence, and social skills
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational psychologists
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting approaches as necessary
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with PMLD students, with a strong understanding of their needs and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
