Site Technician

About the Job: Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a skilled Site Technician to join their team in East London and London. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential properties, good social skills, and strong customer service abilities.

The Role:

• This position involves multi-skilled maintenance work, including aspects of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain residential properties, ensuring they are safe and habitable.
• Perform tasks such as fixing doors, installing new kitchens, and repairing roofs.
• Work effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Hold an asbestos awareness certificate and DBS check.
• Valid driver's license.

Salary & Benefits:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including van fuel, parking, and access to training opportunities.
