Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users living independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and hygiene
- Provide light meal preparation and domestic tasks
- Administer medication as required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
