About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Recruitment Manager to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust). This is a key role in our talent acquisition process, and we are looking for someone who can help us identify, attract, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Recruitment Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract top talent from a variety of channels
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £43,314 per annum, increasing to £48,126 in 18 months
  • A £750 homeworking allowance
  • A 35-hour working week, with a permanent contract
