Key Responsibilities
Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to drive business growth.Engage customers by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a first-class experience.Operate the till and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, contributing to the smooth operation of the store.Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Ensure compliance with all company procedures, adhering to health and safety guidelines.Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth within the business.Responsible for Health and Safety, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.Requirements
A warm, friendly, and engaging personality is essential for delivering exceptional customer service.Highly motivated individuals with a desire to succeed and achieve their goals are ideal for this role.A proven ability to work well within a team, using your own initiative to drive results is essential.Ability to adapt to frequent change and work effectively in a high-pressure environment is crucial.Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable.Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion is beneficial for this role.Additional Information
The contracted hours stated are a minimum guarantee, with the expectation to work more hours and flexibility required, especially during peak trading periods. Pay rates are £11.63 per hour, regardless of age.
