The role of Accommodation Co-ordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of agreements. This involves:

  • Ensuring quality control standards throughout the agreement execution process;
  • Managing client relationships by working closely with customers to ensure ROI;
  • Nurturing and developing sustainable long-term relationships with customers through regular face-to-face meetings, phone calls, virtual communication or written correspondence;
  • Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce using CRM Management tools;
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships and assisting with targeted client outreach and key client customer service;
  • Participating in ad-hoc sales projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous work experience in a sales operations related role;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders effectively;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Desirable experience with Affinity and Salesforce.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
