Key Responsibilities:- Sort and categorize invoices for priority and ease of processing
- Verify invoices from suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice queries and discrepancies
- Chase and resolve outstanding invoices and credits
- Prepare and update financial reports and dashboards
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
