Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and categorize invoices for priority and ease of processing
  • Verify invoices from suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments
  • Record and update financial data on our internal system
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Chase and resolve outstanding invoices and credits
  • Prepare and update financial reports and dashboards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Working Hours:
