Subcontract Manager

We are seeking a skilled Subcontract Manager to ensure the successful execution of the Integrated Asset Care Contract at Sellafield, a 4-year, £250M framework.
The scope encompasses mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering projects, with varying budgets and complexities.
As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the commercial control of each project, coordinating subcontractor usage, and ensuring compliance with contract conditions.
You will work closely with Operations & Commercial to raise subcontract requests in line with operational demands and be the primary point of contact for discussions with subcontractors.
This role requires an excellent understanding of project management, commercial acumen, and subcontractor management, as well as proficiency in IT systems and tools.
About This Opportunity
- Develop and grow the IAC subcontract capability to meet framework demands.
- Work with subcontractors to understand their support requirements and monitor market changes.
- Collaborate with Senior Quantity Surveyor(s) and Commercial Manager(s) to review and assess subcontract amended terms.
