Specialised Behaviour Therapist for Children with Autism

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialised Behaviour Therapist for Children with Autism to join our team at Autism Partnership Leeds Ltd.

About the Role

• This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30am and 6:30pm (with some flexibility).
• You will be working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive and collaborative environment.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement behaviour change programmes tailored to individual needs.
• To assess and support children with ASD, their families, and caregivers in developing strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
• To contribute to the development of clinical policy and procedures within the organisation.

Salary Details

The salary for this role is £12.50 - £17.50 per hour, depending on experience, with additional benefits including:

• 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
• Mileage paid at 40p per mile.
