About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Greenwich site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting your own dedicated site as our client's first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E maintenance tasks.
  • Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work.
  • Carrying out a range of mechanical tasks including emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
Requirements
  • 18th edition or HVAC experience is essential.
  • A minimum of on-the-job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety procedures.
Desirable Skills
  • F-Gas qualification would be beneficial.
  • IOSH working safely qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience in plumbing and basic fabric skills would be an added advantage.
