Probate Solicitor NQ Job Description

We are seeking a talented Probate Solicitor to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a Probate Solicitor, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex grant applications and administer large and complex taxable estates, including those with international aspects.
  • Apply business and agricultural property reliefs, calculate inheritance tax for exempt and non-exempt beneficiaries, and manage estate administrations for national charities.
  • Work closely with the Probate team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Member of STEP or willingness to work towards achieving the same.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Applications welcome from those newly qualified to 3 PQE.
