About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with daily routines, personal care, and activities. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to residents, including support with daily routines, personal care, and activities
- Work closely with the care team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care and support
- Assist with meal times, including serving and cleaning up
- Participate in activities and events, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment
