Eden Scott is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to support their team in Edinburgh City Centre.

This is a senior role, and we are looking for someone who can provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team as required. The successful candidate will benefit from a low staff turnover environment and the support and supervision of highly experienced partners and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to completion.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to property transactions.
  • Conducting legal research and providing accurate advice to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Assisting with other work as required.
  • Working closely with partners to ensure high standards of legal service are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
