At Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our client's team in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing electrical maintenance on tunnelling and ventilation equipment, including ventilation fans, dust extraction units, and grouting equipment.

About the Role
  • The Electrical Maintenance Technician will work from our client's workshop base, just outside Wellingborough, providing essential maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of their equipment.
  • We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance on tunnelling and ventilation equipment.
  • Identify and repair or replace faulty equipment to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance, preferably in a tunnelling or construction environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
